Check the device's battery voltage to ensure it meets the applicable requirements, and consider whether the battery has been unused for too long, resulting in damage and failure to charge. Using a 42V 2A charger with a battery voltage lower than 36V, such as 24V, can lead to equipment damage and other adverse consequences.
